Generally, the best way to arrive at a project price is to send me a sample and any specific guidelines you'd like me to follow.
No matter what your editorial project is, I'll work with you to stay within your budget, deliver your project on time, and meet your editorial guidelines.
- Hourly rate - This is best if your project has many parts that may have unpredictable lengths or need varying levels of editing.
- Hourly rate with a maximum cap - This choice is helpful when your project meets the criteria above, but each part (or the total) must not exceed a particular amount.
- Flat rate - This is most useful in projects that are highly formatted or otherwise more predictable.
- Your budget - This option is possible when the budget is the chief concern and you are flexible about the depth of the edit and the deadline.
