- Wrote and edited over 200 DVDs, videos, online courses, and online reference materials, which effectively trained health care and social workers. Several programs won industry awards. Most offered CE units. Performed production and post-production work on many of the videos and DVDs.
- Developed overall structure, menu formats, and links for online courses designed for nursing students and nursing assistant students.
- Edited content and tested versions of six mobile apps for nurses.
- Wrote scripts for humorous animated shorts on pathophysiology topics.
- Researched and wrote menu content, test questions, and video scripts for 132-lesson online course in nursing fundamentals, 40-lesson online course in pediatric nursing, 23-lesson online course in maternal-neonatal and women’s health nursing, and 61-lesson course in nursing assistant fundamentals.
- Created a publisher’s Internet site for nurses, which attracted 1 million hits in its first 3 months. Developed online material for more than a dozen health care and business web sites.
- Researched and developed CD training programs for pharmaceutical sales representatives. Worked closely with programmers to create lively interactivity.
- Wrote script and obtained visuals for motivational video, which received a standing ovation from 60,000 attendees at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry’s 50th conference.
- Edited all three editions of a 1,400-page pharmacology text, which was adopted by nursing programs internationally and generated ten spin-off products.
- Analyzed competition and market research to develop dozens of proposals for books and other new products. Many proposals served as the basis for products.
- Created samples for user-friendly consumer health brochures, which became the models for a series of 66 brochures.

- Streamlined book production by working with freelancers and the electronic publishing and production departments, which allowed a late-acquisitioned book to publish on time.
- Directed the creative development and production of a direct mail package, which was responsible for selling 5,000 prepublication copies of Surefire Documentation.
